This policy explains how Decisive First Aid handles the personal information you share with us when you enquire about or book first aid training.
Information we collect
When you contact us by phone, email or through an enquiry form, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the training you are interested in. If you book training, we also collect the names of course delegates so certificates can be issued.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver training, issue certificates, and handle invoicing. We do not sell your information, and we only share it with our awarding body where a qualification requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Training and certification records are kept for as long as required by our awarding body and for normal business record-keeping.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will deal with your request.
