Terms & conditions
These terms apply to first aid training booked with Decisive First Aid. Course-specific details are confirmed in writing before training takes place.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the course, date, venue and delegate numbers in writing. Prices are agreed at the point of booking.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to move or cancel a course, please tell us as early as possible. Cancellation terms and any charges are confirmed with your booking. We will always try to rearrange rather than cancel.
Venue and equipment
For on-site training, the client provides a suitable room with enough clear floor space for practical work. We bring the training equipment, manikins and course materials.
Attendance and certification
Delegates must attend the full course and meet the assessment criteria to be certificated. Certificates are issued after successful completion.
Payment
Invoices are issued as agreed at the time of booking and are payable by the date shown on the invoice.
